Gongyi Guanghua Furnace Refractory Factory is specialized in producing different monolithic monolithic refractories with special characteristics.

The enterprise is a combination with research, developing manufactory and production.The factory is located in Dayugou Industry Area,Gongyi city Henan province,near to Longhai railway,Lian-Huo expressway and 310 national high way.Transportation is very convenient and there is in rich of raw materials for refractory in this area.

Covering area of 17,500m2, with the annual manufacturingapacityof 30,000 tons monolithic refractory,the factory has it's own developing center-Gongyi Guanghua Research Instetute of Furnace Refractory.The total staffs and workers of the factory are 136 persons.Among them 16 are senior and medium engineers and 6 for management. Registered capital is 3 million Yuan,among this fixed assets is 1.4 million Yuan,liquid assets is 1.6 million Yuan. The output value in 2002 is 18.6 million Yuan,the total sales income is 17.85 million Yuan,average output value per person is 135,000 Yuan and for profit and tax is 28,000 Yuan,The enterprise was passed authentication of ISO 9002 Quality system and exchanging technological information with research and engineering institutes in China and abroad.

The factory is closely cooperated with research institutes of refractory, universities, engineering and research institutes of aluminum & magnesium, petrochmical industry and followed new technological development in China and abroad.Accordance to the requirement of the market, the factory is continuously in develping new kinds of monolithic refractory products. Some products has filled the gap in the fields and replaced the imported and traditional products.

There are many new products gained national prize of science & technology achievement: The castable refractory for lining repairing of gas suspension baking furnace imported from Smith Co.(Danmark)in Shanxi aluminum plant, double composite gunning insulation and lining materials for heating furnace imported from UOP(USA)for Louyang chemical fibre plant,low cement light & heavy castables and prefabricated components for imported φ170 ring heating furnace (HS Co.,France)in Daye seamless tubing mill, high strength castables for soaking pit imported from Simark Co.(German)in Zhujiang steel& iron Co.,light & heavy gunning and castable materials for amco heating furnace in Jiuquan steel & iron Co. etc.. Measured quality index of the products is better than design requirement. Because of the perfect installation technology and good service,the enterprise gained confidence from the customers and specialists in China and abroad.Dry Barrier for aluminum pots was first successfully developed by the enterprise in China and passed ministry appraisal (CNNC technology appraisal [97]No.034).It was approved in 1998 for the project of "state level star & fire science and technology achievement key promoting program"(98B101D7500033).At the same year CNNC held a conference on "apply & promote new technology of aluminum industry "and The Dry Barrier is one of main promoting project for national aluminum industry. On 16,June 2000,CCTV reported this achievement.There are about more 70 smelters and 4000 pots using our product.
